Covid-19 Update – We are now offering face-to-face 121 sessions as well as Zoom at our Therapy Room.
Private yoga lessons offer a personalised follow-up program. They are completely adapted to you and your life.
121 yoga lessons are especially recommended if you:
- Want to develop your own personal yoga practice at home, at your own pace
- Find it difficult to attend a regular yoga class regularly
- Have a specific therapeutic need (physical or psychological)
- Have back pain, are injured, or feel particularly stressed
How it Works
- Your personal yoga lesson will be designed entirely for you, depending on how much time you have and what you want to develop or improve physically and mentally. It will take into account your unique constitution, energy level, health and interests.
- After an initial consultation, a custom adapted yoga practice will be taught to you. A written program will be given to practice at home regularly between sessions.
- We usually meet 1 to 2 weeks after this first lesson to establish a suitable practice and develop your confidence to practice regularly at home.
- After that, we usually meet every month or every 4-6 weeks or so depending on your needs.
Cancellation fees: 24 hrs notice is required should you need to cancel, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
