Group classes are taught in a safe and noncompetitive environment and last for one hour. Postural work, breathing exercises, visualisation, meditation techniques, yoga philosophy and the use of sounds are incorporated into the practice.
The student work is to follow the teacher’s indications in controlling the breath and being attentive towards their own body and mind sensations. A guided relaxation time will finish the session. The opportunity to exchange your thoughts or feelings is given at the end of the session.
